In Support we’re passionate about helping our users get the most from FreeAgent, and that’s not an aim we plan to relinquish just because our customer base is getting bigger! So we feel the time is right to grow our team to help us provide support to our new and existing customers.
FreeAgent is simple-to-use, but when people do come across a stumbling block we like to be there to guide them through either on the phone, via email or through our instant chat (which we want to offer more frequently). We also love showing people what FreeAgent can do to help them decide if it’s the right software for them through face-to-face demos and webinars.
We get to know the way customers work with FreeAgent, the functions that are important to them and we really try to understand what their goals are. This, along with our knowledge of the FreeAgent system and bookkeeping and accounting practices, allows us to give unrivalled personalised support that many of our customers love.
If you have an accounting or bookkeeping qualification, or are qualified by experience, and enjoy providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment, why not join us? You’ll need to be computer-literate and web-savvy with first-class communication skills, as well as being one of those people who like to go the extra mile to help people out. We’re looking for people to work full-time in our shiny Edinburgh office, so let us know if you fit the bill.
