mobileAgent iPhone appThe last few months have seen the ecosystem of apps connecting to FreeAgent grow significantly.

Today saw the launch of mobileAgent, an iPhone app that lets you add timeslips and mileage to your FreeAgent account when you're on the go. It also lets you view Projects and Contacts, which is great if you want to shout at a late paying client and don't have their details stored in your phone.

MobileAgent was developed by Nic Wise aka Fast Chicken and he's kindly given us 3 Promo Codes which let you get the app free of charge:

  • FL6W3KXA7FXA
  • N6XXJAJKHPT7
  • K4HT7WAJ4WMK

Snap them up quick, because it's first come, first served. Also, these will only work for US customers, due to Apple app store restrictions.

Find out more about mobileAgent on the official website or grab it now from the App Store for £2.39 ($3.99). Bargain.

Version 2 of mobileAgent is already near completion we hear, and that's going to feature even more great functionality, including support for Out of Pocket expenses.

Nice job Nic!

Over to you...

Tried the app out this morning. (And paid!)

It's great, really makes good use of the default iPhone app style so it's clean and simple.

I like the way it saves all your timeslips etc for uploading in one go. Great if you're on the move and might not be in an area with signal (or want to save it for when you're on wifi.)

Easy to log in, and got started right away :)

Are there any plans for an Android app?

I agree with Paul... is there a timeline for Android ?

We didn't create this iPhone app, and we're much happier supporting the community to create mobile apps.

So, no we don't have any plans for an Android app, but that not to say that someone else won't make one using our API.
