Support Accountant
As part of our Support Team, the person doing this role will help and support existing customers to use FreeAgent and enable potential customers to decide if it’s the right software for them.
We're looking for a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and is qualified to at least AAT level or be a qualified bookkeeper. We’d also like to see:
- Experience of working with small businesses, a clear understanding of their issues, and a keen interest in how the right financial software can help them.
- Experience of using a variety of bookkeeping and accounting software packages.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills; in particular, be able to explain accounting concepts to both our customers and to the FreeAgent technical team in clear, plain English.
- Ability to explain the benefits and features of FreeAgent to new and potential customers.
- Someone who is prepared to go the extra mile to help people.
- Someone who is computer-literate and web-savvy, understanding how crucial online engagement is to the success of any business.
We're looking for people to work full-time with our team in Edinburgh.
