Sometimes one of your suppliers may give you a credit note. In FreeAgent we call these "bill credit notes" to distinguish them from credit notes you give your customers.
How do I record a bill credit note in FreeAgent?
It's very simple.
Bill credit notes are recorded just like bills except that you need to put the total price in as a minus.
Once you've done that, you may need to net the bill credit note off against a bill.
