Importing contacts from Basecamp

How to import contacts from your Basecamp Classic account to FreeAgent.

Here's how to import contacts from Basecamp into FreeAgent.

Before you start

You first need to enable the integration between your FreeAgent account and your Basecamp or Basecamp Classic account.

1. Import all your Basecamp contacts

From the Contacts page, select the ‘Import Contacts’ button.

Select the ‘From Basecamp’ tab. Then select an ‘Import’ option.

2. Review the list and choose your contacts

You'll then need to review the imported contacts and choose which ones you want to add to FreeAgent. Select the ‘ready for review’ link.

Tick the contacts you want to import into FreeAgent, then select the ‘Import’ button.

FreeAgent will then import the contacts(s) and list them on your Contacts page.
