We take the security of our customers' data very seriously and so we don't have routine access to your numbers.
In that case, you can give us access to your data.
Go to the Users page by clicking Settings and then Users.

Then under the list of users, you'll see a button saying "Enable access".
Click that button.

Once you've done that, we'll be able to access your data.
Of course you can.
The button on the Users page will say "Disable access" if access is enabled. Just click that button and we'll no longer be able to access your data.

No, we won't.
