If you've started using FreeAgent with some test data, you may want to delete all your test data and start again.
Use this option with great care as it can't be undone!
Here's how to do it.
Go to Settings and click Delete All Data.
The Delete Data screen appears.
Fill in the boxes. In the first box write DELETE MY DATA and in the second box your FreeAgent password, like this.
Then click the Delete Data button.
FreeAgent will show you this screen as your data is deleted.
Then once your data is fully deleted you'll be returned to the beginning of the Getting Started process.
Can I delete some of my data but leave, for example, invoices?
You'll need to ask us to do that. Please e-mail support@freeagent.com
You can only delete everything using this option.
Be warned again, use this with great care as it can't be reversed!
I'm getting "FreeAgent isn't happy".
If your FreeAgent account is managed by one of our accountants you can't use this option. You'll need to contact us for help as above.
