If you have a PayPal account in FreeAgent, you can include a clickable link in your invoice emails to allow your clients to pay you more easily. Even if they don't have a PayPal account themselves, they'll be able to pay using a credit or debit card online.
Here’s how to set that up.
When you send an invoice by e-mail from within FreeAgent, either by using the “Send by E-mail” button directly on the invoice page, or when you use the automatic New Invoice e-mail, simply include the tag [paypal_payment_link] in the e-mail, like this.

When your client receives the e-mail, the tag will have been replaced by a PayPal link.
If your client then clicks on that link, they will be taken to your PayPal page to make their payment, like this.

No. He/she can simply use a debit or credit card to pay through the PayPal system.
That’s the end of this article. You’ve seen how to include a clickable link in your e-mails to your clients, so that they can quickly and easily pay your invoices.
Remember though, that for this to work, you must have a PayPal account set up and fully linked in FreeAgent.
