If you decide you'd like your invoices to look a bit different, we have several invoice templates that you can use.
You can either set these individually as you generate your invoices, or you can choose a default theme from our Theme Gallery.
Where do I find the Theme Gallery?
To access this gallery, click Settings at the top right then click Theme Gallery.
You'll see a selection of different themes. Simply choose the one you like the look of the most.
Preview your theme
There's a Show Preview option underneath each theme to show you what it looks like on a larger scale. Click that button to see the preview.
The preview will load for you to see, like this.
Simply click on the preview to make it disappear again.
Make your choice
Then once you've chosen your theme, click the Use Theme button underneath that theme.
Which invoices will use the new theme?
Any invoices that are still in draft stage when you choose your new theme, and any new invoices that you generate after you choose your new theme, will be sent using that new theme.
