Talk to us about FreeAgent

Getting started

To help you decide if FreeAgent is the right fit for you and your clients, we offer a free initial visit or webinar alongside a two week no-obligation trial of the software.

If you do decide to join us, you’ll be appointed a dedicated Account Manager to help you get the most out of FreeAgent and your practice. They’ll help you set up your dual-branded FreeAgent dashboard, and be at the end of the phone to answer any questions.

Support & training

We’ll visit your office or provide webinars to train you and your practice staff how to use FreeAgent.

We’ll help you switch your existing clients to FreeAgent, with one-to-one guidance, a bespoke campaign pack, emails and co-branded web pages.

Once you’re all set up, we offer an automated onboarding email journey to make it easier for you to train clients to use the software.

We also offer ongoing, UK-based telephone and email support for you and your clients.

Expert Accreditation

Our accreditation program provides you with all the training you need to get up and running as FreeAgent Expert. Having formal accreditation for the solutions you recommend further demonstrates your expertise to your clients.

Helping you grow

As a FreeAgent partner, you’ll get a free listing on our Accountant Directory, and access to the resources on our Practice Portal, including Making Tax Digital guides for your clients, marketing advice, videos, email templates and more.

We’ll also help you share in the success of our exclusive partnership with Royal Bank of Scotland / NatWest, with the opportunity to co-host events with their representatives in your local area.

We’d love to talk to you!
