About Us

I’m a book keeper with in excess of 30 years experience. I have been self employed for 20+ years, offering book keeping services and payroll to small businesses and self employed, including completion of self assessments. Within FreeAgent I will match your purchase invoices to the outgoing payments and input unpaid purchase invoices. Sales invoices can be raised by yourself or (maximum) weekly by me - timeframe to be arranged. I will then match payments and reconcile your banking - any queries at this time I will raise with you. I can do your VAT returns, payroll, HMRC payments etc. There are many reports within the FreeAgent software, including profit and loss, cash flow, tax timeline, to help you understand and manage your business well.

I’m based in Andover, am able to travel if necessary but prefer to work from home. My current clients are based between Bournemouth, Winchester, Basingstoke, Salisbury and Andover.

Currently most of my sole traders are either taxi drivers or tradesmen, including CIS. I have worked for farmers, garages and member clubs.
