Once you connect your FreeAgent account and data sources, such as e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and payment providers, Equali automatically captures your order and payment data for reconciliation, categorisation and journal posting.

The Equali dashboard gives you a clear view of every order and payment, including the results of automated reconciliations. When you’re ready to post a settlement to FreeAgent, simply visit the ‘Settlements’ page on the Equali dashboard to review a fully categorised breakdown of each settlement, then post directly to your FreeAgent account with confidence.

How do I get started with Equali?

You can connect Equali with FreeAgent by following these steps:

1. Click the ‘Get early access’ button on this page (opens in new window) to visit the Equali website.
2. If you’re a Shopify merchant, click the ‘Shopify Merchants: Start a 14-day Free Trial’ button to be taken to the Shopify App Store. If you’re not a Shopify merchant, click the ‘Start a 14-day Free Trial’ button.
3. Select your subscription plan and start your free trial. If you’re in the Shopify App Store, install the Equali app to your first Shopify store’s account.
4. On the Equali dashboard, go to the ‘Integrations’ page and click the ‘FreeAgent’ button to connect to your FreeAgent account.
5. Whilst on the ‘Integrations’ page, connect to your other data sources, including other e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and payment providers.
