Benefits of integrating Paystorm
Paystorm helps FreeAgent users go beyond basic invoice reminders. Instead of treating every overdue invoice the same way, it shows which customers and invoices are most likely to create risk, so you know what to chase first and where to focus your time.
The integration also makes chasing invoices more consistent. Paystorm helps structure debt, creates indistinguishable personalised messages, reminders and statements. It also supports next-step actions such as payment plans, early-payment incentives, late-fee workflows and customer analysis. This reduces ad-hoc chasing and helps businesses keep their communication professional without starting from scratch each time.
On top of that, Paystorm gives businesses a clearer view of money owed to the business by customers. Customers can use a self-service portal to review invoices and pay, which provides better visibility into aging, receivables health and expected cash-in. The result is stronger credit control with less manual effort.
How Paystorm works with FreeAgent
Once a user connects FreeAgent to Paystorm, Paystorm securely analyses receivables activity and keeps workflows and chasing of late payments up to date.
Paystorm then scores payment risk, analyses customers and their payment behavior, prioritises overdue or at-risk invoices and prepares the next collection steps. Users can review drafted follow-ups and actions before sending, or automate parts of the process once they’re comfortable with their setup.
As payments, invoices and account activity change in FreeAgent, Paystorm keeps the receivables view current so you can track what has been paid, what still needs attention and what cash is most likely to land next.
