Our integration with FreeAgent allows users to seamlessly connect their Indus Payroll account with their FreeAgent bookkeeping system, ensuring payroll data is automatically synced and accurately reflected in financial records. How do I get started with Indus Payroll?

You can connect your Indus Payroll account to FreeAgent by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Indus Payroll account and click on the ‘Settings’ tab located at the bottom left of the side menu. 
2. Select ‘Integrations’ and choose FreeAgent.
3. Click ‘Connect Now’ and you’ll be prompted to choose between an Individual or Practice account.
4. Sign in to FreeAgent or create an account.
5. Click ‘Next’ to connect your Indus Payroll account to FreeAgent.
6. After processing payroll in the Payroll & RTI section, select ‘Sync with Bookkeeping’ and choose FreeAgent.
7. Check the draft of the journal entry created in FreeAgent and after submitting your FPS, post the journal entry to FreeAgent to complete the synchronization.
