It is so much less painful than than having to keep a whole lot of bits of paper and giving them to your accountant at the end of the year; plus it means your transactions are continuously uploaded from your bank account and so you have visibility of how you are doing and where the money is going.
So with FreeAgent, most of it you can do for yourself. But you may need help setting it up the right way and you will almost certainly need help deciding whether it is best to pay salaries or dividends and how you can minimise your tax.
