What is the confirmation statement?
The confirmation statement is a document that limited companies and LLPs must file at Companies House each year. The confirmation statement cannot currently be filed using FreeAgent.

How to file your confirmation statement
The above fee must be paid once a year by limited companies and LLPs and covers a 12-month period. During that period, you can file as many confirmation statements as you like without having to pay extra.
