How Trove works with FreeAgent
Once you’ve connected your FreeAgent account, Trove will identify your overdue invoices. Based on your chosen workflow, it’ll then schedule reminder emails to chase overdue invoices via your email address.
You set the copy, tone and timing of the emails and once you’re happy, hit send or turn on automatic sending. As invoices are marked as paid in FreeAgent, Trove will automatically update to stop chasing and send a thank you email.
How do I get started with Trove?
You can connect Trove with FreeAgent by following these steps.
- Sign up with Trove (opens in new window) to activate your free 30-day trial and get 50% off for six months (available to all businesses who sign up or start a trial between 1st April 26 and 1st July 26).
- Connect your FreeAgent account from Integrations (opens in new window).
- Add the email you want to use for chasing debtors from Emails (opens in new window).
- Turn on one of Trove’s workflows or create on your own.
That’s it! Trove will sync your invoices directly from FreeAgent and draft emails to chase your debtors. You can review and send, or switch to automatic sending and let Trove do the whole thing. As emails are paid, Trove updates automatically.
