Terms and Conditions - FreeAgent Three Month Free Trial Offer

The terms set out below apply to the “FreeAgent three-month free trial” promotion offered by FreeAgent Central Ltd.The following definitions shall apply to these terms and conditions: "you" are references to you, the person or entity that has been offered the discount; "FreeAgent", "we", "us" and "our" are references to FreeAgent Central Ltd of One Edinburgh Quay, 133 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG registered in Scotland with registration number SC316774; "Terms and Conditions" is a reference to the rules of this “FreeAgent three-month free trial” promotion as set out in this document.

1. This promotion will start on 14 September 2016 and end on 30 June 2018 at 23:59 GMT.
2. “FreeAgent three-month free trial” is an offer of the a free trial for three months at no cost.
3. To qualify for “FreeAgent three-month free trial” you must: (i) have attended an event where promotional material including a “FreeAgent three-month free trial” offer code is distributed, or have received a communication directly from FreeAgent or a FreeAgent partner via post or email which included the “FreeAgent three-month free trial” (ii) have signed up for a 30-day free trial of FreeAgent via a FreeAgent website link provided on promotional materials (iii) be a new FreeAgent subscriber.
4. To secure the “FreeAgent three-month free trial” offer, subscriptions must be purchased directly from FreeAgent and not from any third party or accountant.
5. To secure the “FreeAgent three-month free trial” offer, subscriptions must be purchased using the free trial account as set out in term 1 of these terms and conditions.

7. The “FreeAgent three-month free trial” offer price shown on the billing page of the account will remain available on the account after the 30-day free trial period and you will receive this offer on this account if you subscribe.
8. The “FreeAgent three-month free trial” offer cannot be used in conjunction with any offer other than the referral discounts available to those who have referred new customers to FreeAgent (that is, where you are the person who gives a referral code to someone else). Where the “FreeAgent three-month free trial” offer is used in conjunction with a referral discount, the “FreeAgent three-month free trial” offer will be applied before the referral discount.
9. The “FreeAgent three-month free trial” offer can apply to monthly or annual: (i) UK Limited Company; (ii) UK Sole Trader; and (iii) Partnerships/LLP subscription plans.
10. We reserve the right to amend or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any change but we are not obliged to do so. Any change to the “FreeAgent three-month free trial” offer or the Terms and Conditions will be displayed on this page. Please check this page to see if any amendments have been made.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Scots Law and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
