50% discount for 6 months

The terms set out below apply to the 50% discount on subscriptions for 6 months offered by FreeAgent Central Ltd.

The following definitions shall apply to these terms and conditions: "you" are references to you, the person or entity that has been offered the discount; "FreeAgent", "we", "us" and "our" are references to FreeAgent Central Ltd of One Edinburgh Quay, 133 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 8QG registered in Scotland with registration number SC316774; "Terms and Conditions" is a reference to the rules of this 50% discount as set out in this document; "50% discount" refers to the '50% discount on subscriptions for 6 months’.

1. The ‘50% discount’ is offered by FreeAgent. It is only available to those people selected at random on a specific computer or device.  If the same person visits a different computer or other device, the 50% discount may not be available to them on that computer or device (unless that computer device is randomly selected to be able to see the 50% discount).
2. The ‘50% discount’ is not available if you are also using a referral discount code as a result of being referred to FreeAgent by someone else (and so have received a referral code from someone else.
3. To qualify for the ‘50% discount’, you must: (i) be one of the limited selected (at random) people who are able to see the discount on the billing page of the 30-day free trial account; (ii) have signed up for a 30-day free trial of FreeAgent between 1 March 2016 and 16 August 2017 via the FreeAgent website (www.freeagent.com) from the billing page noted in (i); (iii) subscribe to a monthly or annual subscription of FreeAgent; and (vi) be a new FreeAgent subscriber.
4. To secure the 50% discount, subscriptions must be purchased directly from FreeAgent and not from any third party or accountant.
5. To secure the 50% discount, subscriptions must be purchased using the free trial account.
6. The 50% discount shown on the billing page of the account will remain available on the account after the 30-day free trial period and you will receive the 50% discount on this account if you subscribe.
7. If you pay for an annual subscription in a one-off payment you will receive 50% discount on the ‘12 for 10 month offer’ price. After 12 months the annual subscription will be charged at the ‘12 for 10 month offer’ price.
8. The 50% discount is available on the full price of the monthly subscription for the first 6 months. Payments after the first 6 months will revert to the full monthly subscription price.

10. The 50% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer other than the referral discounts available to those who have referred new customers to FreeAgent (that is, where you are the person who gives a referral code to someone else). Where the 50% discount is used in conjunction with a referral discount, the 50% discount will be applied before the referral discount.
11. The 50% discount can apply to monthly or annual: (i) Limited Company; (ii) Sole Trader; (iii) Partnerships/LLP; (iv) US Businesses; and (v) Universal FreeAgent subscription plans.
12. We reserve the right to amend or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any change but we are not obliged to do so. Any change to the 50% discount or the Terms and Conditions will be displayed on this page. Please check this page to see if any amendments have been made.
13. The availability of the 50% discount is chosen at random and so because of the way the 50% discount operates technically, we are unable to offer the 50% discount to anyone who does not qualify under these terms.
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Scots Law and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
