BrightManager can automate your entire onboarding process from professional clearance to proposal and letter of engagement (LOE) emails. Simply ‘switch on’ the relevant services (VAT, Self Assessment, Payroll etc.) and BrightManager will populate and automatically send professional clearance emails requesting the relevant information. 

It can chase clients automatically when necessary and generate task lists for your staff based on your clients’ year-end dates and compliance deadlines. And by connecting your FreeAgent account, you can keep your client information in perfect sync.

How BrightManager works with FreeAgent

Once you’ve set up the integration, you’ll see a list of your FreeAgent clients in your BrightManager dashboard. You can connect these to your existing BrightManager clients or create them as new clients in BrightManager.

Client information from FreeAgent, including contact details and VAT registration details, will be synced with BrightManager and you can view each client’s Profit and Loss report and Tax Timeline. Any changes made to the client in FreeAgent will appear in BrightManager and notify the client manager.

How do I get started with BrightManager?

You can integrate with BrightManager by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your BrightManager dashboard and visit ‘Tools’.
  2. Select ‘Integrations’.
  3. Select the FreeAgent tile.
  4. Select ‘Integrate’ in the pop-up window.
  5. Enter your FreeAgent login credentials and select ‘Approve app!’
  6. Select ‘Approve’.
